0. Unzip the rar
1. Run RJ118597.part1 and unzip the file to desired destination
2. Unzip the translation patch named VH3 English RC3, courtesy of dargoth. If you would like to thank him, please donate at
3. Follow the patch instructions
4. Change the Language of non-unicode programs to Japanese, it's a setting in Control panel. 
5. Play the game
6. (If you are inpatient and just want the H-scenes, use the save data I've included)
